I believe in excellent nutrition and its healing potential. By fuelling our body with nutrients we strengthen our immune system and actively partake in the fight against disease. We can maintain physical and mental wellbeing by being mindful of how we fuel and nurture our body.
I eat a balanced diet consisting of delicious, wholesome, plant-based foods. Though I do not deprive myself; when I feel like indulging in a special treat, I do so. I am, however, trying to limit the occasions where I eat Peanut butter straight out of the jar! I am still learning.
I run most days in order to maintain my heath, fitness and sanity! I make it a priority to look after my body and my soul. *note to self: do more yoga and meditation!!* This is my journey to fitness, mindfulness, insight and good health!
